Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant for a welcoming DN6 Doncaster school. You will provide targeted support to pupils, assist the class teacher, and help pupils access the curriculum.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, with a long-term placement and competitive daily rate. The successful candidate will hold an enhanced DBS and two professional references; safeguarding checks will be completed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and small group support to pupils who require additional assistance with their learning.

  • Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement within the classroom.

Rate: £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)

To Be Eligible, You Must:
  • Have the Right to Work in the UK.
  • Hold an enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the online update service, or be willing to obtain one.
  • Be able to provide two professional child-related references.
