Job summary

Hays Education is working with a welcoming secondary school in Barnet to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant for a September 2026 start. Your new role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the wider SEN team to provide targeted support to students with a range of learning needs.You will support students in lessons, help to adapt learning activities where appropriate, and contribute to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
