Aspire People Limited is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in England. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to help students overcome barriers to learning and to achieve their full potential.

The role involves one-to-one and small-group support, assisting with classroom activities and helping students build confidence, independence, and organisational skills while promoting inclusive learning and positive behaviour.
