• Experience working with children or young people, ideally within a secondary school setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students in the classroom.
• Work alongside teachers to support students' learning and engagement.
• Help students develop confidence, independence and organisational skills.
• Support students who may have additional learning needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour and promote an inclusive learning environment.
• Assist students with accessing and completing classroom activities.
• Build positive and professional relationships with students and staff.
• Contribute to the wider pastoral and academic support provided by the school.
