Job summary

FYXER is seeking an experienced E Learning Specialist to own end-to-end delivery of an AI-powered training program. You will transform approved content into engaging, accessible e-learning modules on a modern LMS/LXP (Articulate Rise) and ensure high-quality learner experiences.

You’ll collaborate with designers and project leads, apply AI thoughtfully, and manage QA to deliver polished modules at pace for clients in a remote-first, UK-only environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building e-learning content within LMS or LXP platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows in course development.
• Strong understanding of learner engagement and interactive design.
