Job summary

Motability Operations Limited is seeking a proactive Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver engaging learning experiences. You will drive capability, consistency and engagement across VRM, ensuring colleagues have the knowledge, skills and tools to succeed.

You will partner with managers to coach teams, deliver onboarding and product training, and continuously improve learning systems and communications across platforms used by the department.

Qualifications

• Passion for quality assurance, coaching and training design and delivery.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data and present findings.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging learning programmes for onboarding, product training and compliance.
• Coordinate sessions, manage calendars and stakeholders for seamless delivery.
• Conduct needs analyses and identify development priorities.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to improve performance.
• Maintain central training communications and governance of content.
