Zusammenfassung

First Group is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead non-driver training and support the Driver Training Manager. You will design and deliver learning solutions, manage the L&D programme and optimise digital learning platforms.

You will build partnerships with managers and leaders to support career development and succession planning, ensuring learning initiatives translate into business performance.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a Learning & Development role.
• Experience in training needs analysis and programme design.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Stakeholder management and project management abilities.
• Understanding of learning principles and organisational development.
• Confidence working with operational teams in technical environments.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligning with organisational goals.
• Conduct needs analysis with managers and identify development requirements.
• Design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions for supervisors and managers.
• Coordinate and promote a structured L&D programme across the business.
• Create and maintain training materials and development tools.
• Facilitate workshops, coaching, mentoring and on-the-job training.
• Manage and optimise the Learning Management System and digital learning content.
