Job summary

Ryanair - Europe’s Favourite Airline is seeking a Training Projects Coordinator to create and maintain training courses using Totara and authoring tools. You will work with subject matter experts to develop learning content and media, and format digital training materials, ensure LMS content is up to date, and assist with new training projects.

The role requires administration experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience, preferably in a training environment.
• Experience with E-learning systems and developing training packages.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training courses using Totara and authoring tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop learning content and media.
• Format and publish digital training materials, e-learning modules, guides and assessments.
• Upload, test and maintain course content in the LMS.
• Provide general administrative support to the Training Projects team.
• Assist in troubleshooting and testing learning platforms and tools.
