Ryanair is seeking a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group, based at East Midlands Training Centre (a non-flying role at East Midlands Airport).

You will deliver high-quality theory training for initial pilot courses, prepare coursework and e-learning content, and support examinations. Previous B737 instruction or design experience is advantageous; strong communication and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

• ATPL theory exams completed will be advantageous.

Job Description

Ryanair are currently recruiting for aTheoretical Knowledge Instructorto join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!

The successful candidate will join a team of instructors committed to delivering high quality theory training for initial pilot training courses based in the East Midlands Training Centre, the home of our ATO.

Candidates with previous experience of the B737 (flying or engineering) and / or experience in designing course frame work will be highly regarded.

Please note, that this a completely non-flying position based in East Midlands Airport

Duties will include not be limited to:

• Delivery of classroom training sessions to initial pilots
• Preparation of Coursework, Presentations and e-learning content.
• Technical and Ground School query system administration
• Supervising and correcting examinations
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications
