Ryanair is recruiting a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor to join Europe’s largest airline group at the East Midlands Training Centre, based at East Midlands Airport. This is a non-flying role delivering theory training for initial pilot courses.

The ideal candidate will have aviation instructional experience, strong analytical with excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work in a pressurised, fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK (Pre-Settled Status acceptable).
• Experience delivering aviation instruction or training.
• ATPL theory exams completed are advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver classroom training sessions to initial pilots.
• Prepare coursework, presentations and e-learning content.
• Manage technical and ground school query systems.
• Supervise and correct examinations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Ryanair are currently recruiting for aTheoretical Knowledge Instructorto join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!

The successful candidate will join a team of instructors committed to delivering high quality theory training for initial pilot training courses based in the East Midlands Training Centre, the home of our ATO.

Candidates with previous experience of the B737 (flying or engineering) and / or experience in designing course frame work will be highly regarded.

Please note, that this a completely non-flying position based in East Midlands Airport

Duties will include not be limited to:

• Delivery of classroom training sessions to initial pilots
• Preparation of Coursework, Presentations and e-learning content.
• Technical and Ground School query system administration
• Supervising and correcting examinations
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK, this includes Pre-Settled Status
• Previous aviation instructional experience (B737 experience would be advantageous)
• Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements
• Candidates who have completed ATPL theory exams will be at an advantage
• Ability to work in a pressurised and fast paced environment
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
