Ryanair are recruiting for an ATO Technical Analyst to support Europe’s largest airline group’s Approved Training Organisation. The successful candidate will assist the ATO management team with administrative and analytical tasks essential for delivering training to thousands of pilots and recruits annually.

• Recognised degree required; ATPL theory exams advantageous.
• Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Adequate PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work on own initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Track pilot licence expiry dates and training requirements.
• Liaise with aviation authorities on licensing matters.
• Manage enrolments for new entry pilot courses.
• Assist training IT system developments and data reporting.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to pilot training managers.
• Analyze simulator and line training data and generate reports.
