Job summary

National Grid plc is recruiting a Learning Technology Specialist to maximise the value of our learning platforms and digital solutions. This hybrid role supports colleagues across Learning, HR, IT and business units from the UK locations such as Eakring, Tipton, Taunton or Warwick.

You will administer, optimise and continuously improve our learning technologies, enhance learner experiences, test new functionality, and collaborate with vendors to deliver engaging digital learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience administering or supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technology platforms.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing system configuration, testing, upgrades and user support.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Experience supporting the implementation and adoption of digital learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining learning technology platforms and systems.
• Providing expert support and guidance to learners, managers and stakeholders.
• Configuring and testing new functionality, system enhancements and integrations.
• Supporting the implementation of digital learning solutions and technologies.
• Analysing system performance and learner data to drive improvements.
• Creating and maintaining system documentation, processes and user guides.
• Working with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and deliver enhancements.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the user experience and increase platform adoption.
