National Grid is seeking a Learning Transformation Manager to shape how learning is designed, delivered and experienced across the organisation. You will lead enterprise-wide transformation, modernising practices and embedding new technologies to build capabilities UK-wide and beyond.

The role supports hybrid working across multiple offices with travel to training centres, including a role-requirement car. You will partner with senior stakeholders to prioritise capability needs and drive

Competenze

• Experience leading large-scale learning, talent or organisational transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of modern learning strategies, frameworks and technologies.
• Proven experience influencing and working with senior stakeholders.
• Strong project and programme management capabilities.
• Experience leading change initiatives within complex organisations.
• Excellent communication, engagement and stakeholder management skills.
