National Grid is seeking a Learning Technology Specialist to maximise the value of our learning platforms and digital learning solutions. This hybrid role can be based from Eakring, Tipton, Taunton or Warwick, with a salary range of £50,000–£59,000 per year and a performance bonus.

You will administer LMS, optimise platforms, and work with Learning, HR and IT to enhance the learner experience and support digital learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience administering or supporting LMS and learning tech platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing system configuration, testing and upgrades.
• Ability to analyse data and identify trends.
• Experience supporting digital learning solutions deployment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain learning technology platforms and systems.
• Provide expert support to learners, managers and stakeholders.
• Configure, test and implement new functionality and integrations.
• Support digital learning solutions deployment and technologies.
• Analyse system performance and learner data to drive improvements.
• Create and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience and platform adoption.
