Job summary

National Grid is seeking a Learning Transformation Manager to shape how learning is designed, delivered and experienced across the organisation. You will lead strategic initiatives within the Learning function, creating scalable solutions to build the capabilities needed now and in the future.

This role supports colleagues across the UK and US with hybrid working options from Warwick, Nottingham (Eakring), Tipton or Taunton, and travel to training centres.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale learning or organisational transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of modern learning strategies and technologies.
• Proven ability influence senior stakeholders and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the Learning Transformation roadmap.
• Drive modernisation of learning processes, systems and operating models.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability needs and learning priorities.
• Deliver strategic change initiatives to improve learning effectiveness and colleague experience.
• Use data and insights to inform decision-making and measure impact.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation and digital learning solutions.
• Build relationships across HR, Learning, Technology and operations teams.
• Manage multiple transformation projects balancing strategic and operational priorities.
