National Grid is seeking a Learning Technology Specialist to optimise and continuously improve our learning platforms. The role focuses on administration, configuration, and enhancing digital learning solutions to improve the learner experience.

It is a hybrid role with potential bases in multiple locations including Taunton. You will collaborate with Learning, HR, IT and business stakeholders to deliver engaging, user-friendly learning experiences and ensure platforms meet evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Experience administering LMS and learning technology platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience configuring, testing, upgrades and user support.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and make recommendations.
• Experience supporting digital learning solutions adoption.

Responsabilités

• Managing and maintaining learning technology platforms and systems.
• Providing expert support and guidance to learners, managers and stakeholders.
• Configuring and testing new functionality, system enhancements and integrations.
• Supporting the implementation of digital learning solutions and technologies.
• Analysing system performance and learner data to drive improvements.
• Creating and maintaining system documentation, processes and user guides.
• Working with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and deliver enhancements.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the user experience and increase platform adoption.
