National Grid seeks a Learning Transformation Manager to shape how learning is designed, delivered and experienced across the organisation. You will lead strategic transformation initiatives within the Learning function, creating scalable, innovative learning solutions that build the capabilities our business needs for the future.

The role can be based in Warwick, Nottingham, Tipton or Taunton with hybrid working and travel to training centres; a job requirement car is included.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale learning, talent or organisational transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of modern learning strategies, frameworks and technologies.
• Proven experience influencing and working with senior stakeholders.
• Strong project and programme management capabilities.
• Experience leading change initiatives within complex organisations.
• Excellent communication, engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the Learning Transformation roadmap.
• Drive the modernisation of learning processes, systems and operating models.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify capability needs and learning priorities.
• Deliver strategic change initiatives that improve learning effectiveness and colleague experience.
• Use data and insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of transformation activities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation and digital learning solutions.
• Build strong relationships across HR, Learning, Technology and operational teams.
• Manage multiple transformation projects while balancing strategic and operational priorities.
