Job summary

Class Education are recruiting for a Learning Partner to join the Interventions Team at a school in Stevenage. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, term-time only, with an immediate start available.

You will provide flexible and responsive support to learners throughout the school day, including one-to-one and small-group assistance during lessons and help with personal care needs as required. A rewarding, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners, ideally in education or SEN settings.
• Ability to support learners with varying needs and personal care where required.
• Comfortable working within a school Interventions Team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one or small-group support to learners during lessons.
• Support on-call provision and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Assist learners with personal care needs as required.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure consistent learner support.
