Job summary

eTeach UK Limited in Brentford is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with SEN/D in small groups and on a 1:1 basis. The role involves working alongside year group teams to deliver targeted interventions and to contribute to an inclusive school environment.

The position runs 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with strong leadership support and opportunities for training and career development within a welcoming school community.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children with SEN/D in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
• Experience of leading intervention groups inside and outside of the classroom.
• A passion for inclusive education for all.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN/D in small groups and 1:1 settings.
• Work alongside year group teams and school staff to implement interventions.
• Promote inclusive education and assist with classroom activities.
