Supply Desk is seeking a compassionate Learning Mentor to support pupils in a Chichester school. You will work 1:1 and in small groups to help children develop confidence, resilience and effective learning strategies.
You will build positive relationships with pupils and work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to remove barriers to learning, supporting SEND, SEMH or behavioural needs. This full-time, long-term role offers ongoing professional development and long-term progression
