Job summary

Provide CIC in Worksop is seeking a Learning Lead to coordinate and evaluate mandatory learning, induction and colleague development across Provide Care Solutions. You will ensure high-quality training supports safe, effective, and compassionate care, and you will lead on corporate induction, the Care Certificate programme and ongoing mandatory training.

This role is based in the north of the country and requires time spent at REACT Branches, with a focus on developing online resources,

Responsibilities

• Support the management and delivery of mandatory training across the division to ensure colleagues complete required learning within agreed timescales.
• Lead on the delivery and continuous improvement of Provide Care Solutions Induction programmes, ensuring it provides a positive, engaging and informative experience for all new colleagues.
• Support the development and maintenance of online learning resources within the Learning Management System.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of learning and development practice, mandatory training requirements, adult learning methodologies and developments within health and social care
