Job summary

Provide CIC is seeking a Learning Lead to coordinate mandatory training, induction and colleague development across Provide Care Solutions. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality training, safe and compassionate care, and responsive learning opportunities for staff across branches in the North of England.

• Experience delivering mandatory training across health and social care.
• Familiar with adult learning principles and CPD.
• Experience with online and in-person training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and monitor mandatory training across the division to meet timescales.
• Lead the delivery and improvement of induction programmes and Care Certificate.
• Develop and maintain online learning resources in the LMS.
• Stay updated on learning and development practices and sector requirements.
