Job summary

Provide Care Solutions is seeking a Learning Lead to coordinate and evaluate mandatory learning, induction and colleague development across the organisation. The role focuses on ensuring colleagues access high-quality training that supports safe, effective and compassionate care.

The post holder will lead corporate induction, the Care Certificate programme and mandatory training, ensuring staff have the knowledge, skills and behaviours to fulfil their roles.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering mandatory training across divisions.
• Leading induction programmes and onboarding experiences.
• Developing and maintaining online learning resources in LMS.

Responsibilities

• Support management and delivery of mandatory training to meet timescales.
• Lead delivery and continuous improvement of induction programmes.
• Develop and maintain online learning resources within the LMS.
• Stay up-to-date with learning and development practices and mandatory training requirements.
