Job summary
Provide CIC is seeking a dynamic Learning Lead to design, deliver and evaluate leadership and colleague development across Provide Community. You will lead the Corporate Induction and champion development through coaching, mentoring and digital learning solutions.
Working in the Talent and Learning team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align initiatives with values and strategy, drive growth and capability, and deliver engaging learning experiences for patients and staff across the
Qualifications
- Holds or working towards Level 7 qualification in leadership and management, learning and development, coaching and/or organisation development.
- Evidence of CPD
- Coaching qualification at level 5 or above or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Lead design, delivery and improvement of leadership and management development programmes aligned to values.
- Deliver innovative leadership opportunities to strengthen management capability.
- Lead Provide Corporate Induction delivering a positive experience for new colleagues.
- Oversee mandatory training compliance across the organisation.
- Support personal development reviews and plans in the learning management system.
