Job summary

Provide Community is seeking a dynamic Learning Lead to design, deliver and evaluate leadership, management and colleague development across the organisation. You will lead the Corporate Induction and champion development through coaching, mentoring and digital learning solutions.

Within the Talent and Learning team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align initiatives with values and strategy, driving growth, capability and continuous improvement to help Provide Community deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in designing leadership, management and colleague development programmes.
• Ability to design, deliver and evaluate learning initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills to support workplace learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of leadership, management and colleague development programmes aligned to Provide’s values and priorities.
• Design and deliver innovative management and leadership opportunities to strengthen leaders' capability for current and future challenges.
• Lead the delivery of Provide’s Corporate Induction to ensure a best-in-class, engaging experience for new colleagues.
• Oversee mandatory training compliance at organisational level.
• Ensure annual PDRs and PDPs are in place and evidenced in the learning management system.
• Identify opportunities to modernise learning delivery and improve colleague experience.

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Learning Lead to provide expertise in the design, delivery and evaluation of leadership, management and colleague development across Provide Community.

You will lead the Provide Community Corporate Induction and champion development for all colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and digital learning solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll ensure learning initiatives align with organisational values and strategy, driving colleague growth and capability.

This role sits within the Talent and Learning team and requires the post holder to demonstrate creativity, strong facilitation skills, and a passion for continuous improvement to make Provide Community a leading organisation where colleagues deliver outstanding experiences for patients and service users.

Main Duties Of The Learning Lead Role Are

• Lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of leadership, management and colleague development programmes, ensuring they are aligned to Provide’s values and priorities
• Lead the design and delivery of innovative management and leadership opportunities that strengthen the capability of Provide’s management population, equipping managers and leaders to meet both current and future organisational challenges
• Lead on the delivery of Provide’s Corporate Induction to ensure it is best in class and provides a positive and engaging experience to all new colleagues
• Oversee mandatory training compliance at organisational level to ensure colleagues and managers complete the required training
• Ensure the annual personal development reviews (PDR) and personal development plans (PDP) are in place for all colleagues and evidenced in the learning management system
• Identify opportunities to modernise learning delivery and improve colleague experience
