Job summary

iamproperty is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to shape the capability of our people and future leaders. You will lead the L&D team while staying hands-on, designing and delivering development that drives measurable performance improvements across the business.

You will translate business priorities into targeted learning plans and oversee leadership programmes like Elevate and mentoring initiatives like Accelerate.

Qualifications

• Strong L&D experience in management and leadership development.
• Excellent facilitation and learning design skills.
• Experience leading and developing others.
• Commercial mindset with ability to demonstrate impact.
• CIPD qualification or coaching qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the L&D team to a high-performing, commercially focused function.
• Own learning needs analysis and translate priorities into a targeted L&D plan.
• Lead Elevate, the leadership development programme for managers and leaders.
• Own Accelerate, the mentoring programme, from matching to engagement and evaluation.
• Design and deliver engaging management and leadership development, including coaching and feedback.
• Partner with leaders and managers as a trusted L&D adviser to identify capability gaps.
• Collaborate with People and HR Management teams to support performance, talent and succession planning.
• Champion face-to-face, virtual and blended learning and drive ROI.
• Oversee apprenticeship approaches, leveraging the Apprenticeship Levy and external providers.
• Use data and feedback to continuously improve learning approaches.
