Job summary

Raytheon UK’s CMDC is seeking a Learning Innovation Manager to drive the development of future learning capability, evaluate emerging technologies, and align training with project objectives. You will lead pilots, govern standards, and collaborate across Defence, industry and academia to deliver innovative solutions. The role offers hybrid work options, travel within the UK, and a flexible benefits package.

Strong communication, coordination, and security clearance eligibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning development and training design.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with modern learning technologies and methodologies.

Responsibilities
