Raytheon UK is seeking a Principal Training Developer to lead the development of training materials within CMDC. The role involves coordinating a team, ensuring high-quality outputs, and aligning with development manuals and style guides.

Ideal candidates bring experience in digital media and learning design, with strong collaboration and communication skills. The position offers hybrid work options across the UK and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content with Adobe Creative Cloud, 3DS Max, Blender, Unity and Articulate 360.
• 2 years’ experience in creating and developing training content.
• Ability to qualify for SC security clearance.
• Experience using Moodle and Jira (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing a team of Training Developers and/or Senior Training Developers.
• Delegating tasks within the team to leverage skills and develop talent.
• Be the accountable owner for all work produced within the area of expertise.
