Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Training Designer to support the Integrated Training Design Service. You will deliver blended, active learning that delivers customer delight for the Royal Navy training design service.

You will create high-quality training content using multiple media, while maintaining DSAT compliance and working with subject matter experts to improve programmes and accreditation where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all training courses assigned, advocating active, inclusive, learner-centric content.
• Ensure end-to-end training design processes are DSAT compliant and timely.
• Produce high-quality training design, e‑learning and courseware materials.
• Contribute to instructional strategy, analyse and implement effective methodologies.
• Gather feedback and impact stories to continuously improve training.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with subject matter experts.
• Identify opportunities for accreditation following Training Design changes.
• Pursue continuous professional development and uphold health and safety.
• Follow security standards to protect data and ensure smooth operations.
• Perform any other duties to support the Integrated Training Design Service.
