Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Senior Training Developer to lead a team of training developers in delivering high-quality, technology-driven learning solutions. You will drive innovation, align with CMDC standards, and mentor staff while coordinating with cross-functional teams across the UK.

The role requires a background in learning and development or media creation, proficiency with design tools (Adobe CC, 3DS Max, Unity, Articulate 360), and flexibility to travel to UK sites.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Learning & Development or related field at minimum QCF Level 4 or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience creating and developing training content.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing a team of Training Developers and/or Senior Training Developers.
• Delegating tasks to leverage skills and develop future talent.
• Act as owner for all work in the area, meeting standards and objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and keep processes and products up to date with latest initiatives.
• Collaborate with Principal Training Developers for alignment on quality and direction.
• Coach and mentor training developers to raise skills and competencies.
• Promote innovation and CPD to support team goals.
• Produce interactive learning material compliant with CMDC processes and style guides.
