Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Learning Innovation Manager to lead the development of future learning capability and innovations within the CMDC Training Service. You will evaluate emerging technologies, design pilots, and drive adoption of digital solutions to improve training effectiveness and readiness.

The role requires strong communication, planning, and governance capabilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and CPD within a defence training context.

Qualifications

• Professional attitude and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders outside the training development team.
• Familiarity with DSAT JSP 822 principles in training design and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of future learning capability and pilots to validate approaches.
• Identify and adopt emerging learning technologies and trends.
• Develop and maintain long-term learning innovation strategy aligned with objectives.
• Establish governance and assurance processes for compliant innovation.
• Coach teams and foster a culture of innovation and CPD.
