Learning Facilitator

Five Education are seeking resilient and compassionate individuals to work with children in schools. The role is flexible and allows you to select your working days. There is a big demand for full-time staff in schools but part-time is also available.
The role is to provide one-to-one support to children with special educational needs (SEN) and social and emotional mental health (SEMH) needs throughout their school day. The hours of work are 8:30-3:30.
As a Learning Facilitator, you would be helping children of various ages and abilities to reach their education targets and making a big impact on their progress within school. We work with excellent schools in the Somerset area, some are on bus routes and some will require a car to get to.
You do not need any experience for this role as you will learn on the job. We provide tailored support to help you whilst working for us. We will help you to find a school you feel happy and comfortable in. Five Education provides high-quality training throughout the academic year to upskill you as a SEND specialist.
The schools we work with in Frome have excellent facilities and supportive staff. Our candidates report that supporting the children in these schools is highly rewarding. We have roles in specialist schools as well as mainstream primary and secondary schools and alternative provision. Your daily rate of pay would be £83.29* but with a potential to earn more based on level of experience. *Including holiday pay.
Pay: Five Education operates a PAYE payroll; this is the most transparent way to be paid with no hidden fees such as admin fee or employers NI. We are also proud to be an accredited Living Wage employer. Please note pay rate is for illustration and does include holiday pay.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo checks including reference checks, TRA checks and will need to have a DBS; there will also be a face-to-face interview.
