Role Details:
Our BDMs are vital. You will wear many hats, including:

  • Mentor: Leading 60-80 Travel Consultants, guiding their growth
  • Coach: Helping TCs find suppliers, use technology, and build confidence
  • Advisor: Spot business opportunities and teach TCs to do the same
  • Sales Trainer: Teaching closing skills and profit awareness
  • Communicator: Explaining complex issues simply and positively
  • Marketer: Collaborating with marketing to equip TCs
  • Customer Service: Ensuring excellent client experiences
  • Analyst: Tracking performance and providing feedback

About You:
Essential: Proven coaching and mentoring skills, sales experience in travel, relationship-building, communication, leadership, problem-solving, organization, tech-savviness, marketing knowledge, customer service, self-motivation, industry knowledge.
Desirable: Business ownership experience, lead generation skills, coaching qualification (e.g., ILM Level 5).
