Job Description:

Are you passionate about education and excited to create dynamic, inclusive learning environments? Join us as a Limitless Learning Facilitator, working alongside professors to deliver engaging and innovative classroom experiences. This is a remote, online role, offering the flexibility to work from home. You will need to be available for evening and weekend shifts and work across different time zones to accommodate our global student body.

In this role, you'll coordinate and support a hyflex classroom environment, where students and faculty participate both in person and remotely. You will also support 'live online' courses where all participants are online. Our courses are fast-paced, experiential, and highly participatory, utilizing the diverse backgrounds of our students. As a key team member, you'll gain insights into our programs, teaching methods, and student community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Academic Team and faculty to implement the curriculum across our programs.
2. Create and support in-class learning tailored to each course and professor, ensuring engagement for both in-person and remote students.
3. Facilitate teamwork, breakout sessions, and classroom activities for all students, regardless of location.
4. Manage participation, attendance, classroom needs, and virtual discussion forums to foster a unified learning community.
5. Handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally.
7. Be quick-thinking, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.
8. Demonstrate proficiency in online platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
