QA, a tech training organization delivering high-quality courses, is looking for a Data Analytics Digital Learning Coach to join our team.

Role Purpose

You will support and coach learners working towards their Data Analytics programme, primarily supporting Scottish-based learners on the Digital Technology – Data Analytics framework SCQF8.

Responsibilities

1. Coach and support learners in various environments, focusing on Data Analytics in work-based settings.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure learners achieve their apprenticeship on time.
3. Support learners in applying skills to their roles across modules.
4. Review and provide feedback on learner evidence to meet standards and quality assurance requirements.
5. Adhere to quality assurance procedures and meet deadlines.
6. Hold review meetings with employers and build relationships to monitor progress.
7. Identify business prospects with your line manager.
8. Handle customer questions and complaints per company policy.
9. Provide documentation and reports in line with KPIs.
10. Maintain your professional development through CPD.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Experience in Data Analytics, including data management, analysis, transformation, and visualization.
2. Minimum two years of industry experience or relevant qualifications.
3. HNC certificate (SCQF7) or higher in Data or Computing.
