The Business Development Manager Role

Our BDMs are vital to our business. You will wear many hats, including:

  • Master Mentor: Leading and mentoring 60-80 Travel Consultants (TCs)
  • Clever Coach: Supporting TCs with supplier choices, technology, and confidence building
  • Business Advisor: Spotting and teaching business opportunities
  • Savvy Sales Person: Teaching closing skills and profitability focus
  • Creative Communicator: Simplifying complex issues and motivating your team
  • Magical Marketeer: Collaborating with marketing for tools and promotion
  • Customer Service Guru: Ensuring exceptional client experiences
  • Data Analyst: Tracking performance and providing feedback
