The Business Development Manager Role:

You will be a key part of our business, wearing many hats, including:

  • Master Mentor: Leading and guiding a team of 60-80 Travel Consultants
  • Clever Coach: Supporting TCs in supplier selection, technology use, and confidence building
  • Business Advisor: Recognizing and teaching business opportunities
  • Savvy Sales Person: Teaching deal closing skills and profit awareness
  • Creative Communicator: Simplifying complex issues and motivating your team
  • Magical Marketeer: Collaborating on marketing strategies
  • Customer Service Guru: Ensuring exceptional client experiences
  • Data Analyst: Tracking performance and providing feedback
About You:
Essential:
  • Proven coaching and mentoring abilities
  • Experience achieving sales targets in travel
