Job summary

Sudio is seeking a Learning Designer to join our team in Southwick. You will craft high-quality, engaging digital learning content for a diverse customer base, guiding projects from scoping to delivery and ensuring clarity and impact at every stage.

Ideally you have at least two years’ experience in digital learning design, strong knowledge of adult learning principles, and comfortable with Adapt and Storyline. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and travel for customer meetings as required.

Qualifications

  • Two years’ experience designing digital learning or solid foundation in adult learning principles.
  • Clear communicator, ability to translate training needs into learning experiences, detail-oriented QA.

Responsibilities

  • Apply adult learning principles to create accessible, engaging digital experiences.
  • Lead projects to design and update learning for off-the-shelf course suites.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and shape content.
  • Script clear, concise content for varied audiences and outcomes.
  • Build interactive modules using Adapt and Storyline.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to meet design standards and expectations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver on time and brief.
  • Provide time estimates and log work.
