Job summary

OpenTalent, working with OCS, is seeking a Digital Learning Designer to design and develop engaging digital learning experiences for colleagues across the organisation. You will work with stakeholders to identify learning needs, brainstorm ideas and deliver practical solutions that assess audience and outcomes.

The role extends beyond eLearning to include guides, manuals, presentations, forms and job aids, while exploring AI-enabled tools to enhance learning delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience design for digital learning and training materials.
• Ability to translate complex information into practical learning resources.
• Awareness of accessibility and usability considerations for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging eLearning and digital learning resources for colleagues across OCS.
• Collaborate with line manager to brainstorm ideas and develop creative solutions to learning needs and challenges.
• Assess learning requests to identify the most appropriate solution.
• Recognise when eLearning isn’t the best fit and suggest alternatives.
• Create and edit video-based learning content using tools such as Synthesia.
• Develop guides, manuals, presentations, forms and job aids to support learning.
• Review and update existing learning content to keep it accurate and effective.
• Explore new tools and AI technologies to enhance learning content delivery.
