Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Regional Learning & Development Coordinator to support high-quality training delivery across our services in a regional capacity. You will coordinate training schedules, manage bookings, and maintain accurate records in MEL (LMS) while collaborating with trainers and operational teams to ensure compliance and development.

The role focuses on balancing demand, optimising capacity, and maintaining regional training standards, with ongoing reporting and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain regional training schedules across sites and services.
• Book delegates onto courses and manage cancellations and rebookings.
• Prepare courses with venue arrangements and trainer information.
• Update MEL (LMS) with attendance, cancellations and completions.
• Provide regular reporting on attendance, fulfilment and upcoming expiries.
• Communicate with Learning and Development, Hospital Directors and managers.
