Job summary

West Dunbartonshire Council is seeking a dedicated housing support worker for the Learning Disability Service in Balloch. The role involves assisting adults with daily living, personal care, meals, and developing support plans in a person-centred approach.

You must have SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and be able to communicate effectively. PVG clearance is required, and travel or shift coverage may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• Reliable and flexible with the ability to work in a team.
• Good verbal and written communication.
