Job summary

Falkirk Council in Grangemouth is seeking a care support worker with knowledge of learning and physical disabilities. Desirable SVQ Level 2 in Social Care. PVG scheme membership may be required; costs met by the Council.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care setting providing support for Service Users.
• Moving and handling experience.
• Ability to enable Service Users to achieve individual outcomes.
• Willingness to learn and develop additional skills beyond initial capabilities.
• SVQ Level 2 in Social Care is desirable.
• PVG scheme membership may be required; cost to be met by candidate.
