East Dunbartonshire Council is seeking a Social Care Worker at John Street House, a residential setting for adults with learning and physical disabilities, autism and mental ill health. Qualifikationen

• Experience with adults who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and mental ill health, preferably in a residential setting.
• Ability to promote independence while balancing risk.
• Commitment to human rights and person centred approaches in practice.
• Sound understanding of social care values, standards and relevant legislation.
