Job summary

ENABLE Glasgow, a Glasgow-based charity, is recruiting for full-time Support Workers at Balshagray House Service. Two vacancies exist: one 35 hours per week and one 37 hours per week, providing 24-hour waking support to adults with learning disabilities.

We offer training, equal opportunities, PVG checks, and a commitment to professional development. Experience is useful but not essential; PVG membership is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential support work is useful but not essential.
• Willing to work towards SVQ Level 3.
• Must be available to work on a shift rota basis.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with all aspects of everyday life including maintaining health and wellbeing, and assisting individuals with running and maintaining their home.
