Thornbury Community Services (TCS) is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Learning Disability Services in Middlesbrough. You will support a young person with ADHD and complex needs, promoting independence, engaging in activities like art, baking, and community outings, and building meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
• Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.
• Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.
• Strong personal values and ethical standards.
• Dedication, commitment and stability.
• A genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.
