Job summary

Thornbury Community Services (TCS) is seeking a Support Worker within Mental Health Services or Learning Disability Services in Leeds and surrounding areas. You will deliver person-centred care in clients' homes, help them achieve personal goals, and promote independence while maintaining safety.

The role offers flexible shifts across days, nights and weekends, with competitive pay rates, travel mileage reimbursements, an Employee Assistance Programme, and bespoke training to support career

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
• Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.
• Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.
• Strong personal values and ethical standards.
• Dedication, commitment and stability.
• A genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.
