Thornbury Community Services (TCS) is seeking a dedicated Learning Disabilities Support Worker to provide person-centred care in clients' homes across the North West. You will support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs, helping them achieve personal goals and engage in community activities.

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
• Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.
• Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.
