Job summary

Thornbury Community Services in Sefton is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred care within clients' homes. You will support adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, promoting independence and safety, and contributing to positive outcomes in the community.

You will work across days, nights and weekends, receive bespoke training, and benefit from competitive rates and a supportive team that values stability and genuine relationships with those you support.

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
• Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.
• Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.
• Strong personal values and ethical standards.
• Dedication, commitment and stability.
• A genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.
