Thornbury Community Services (TCS) is recruiting a Support Worker within Mental Health Services / Learning Disability Services in Birmingham and surrounding areas. You will deliver care in clients' homes, help them achieve personal goals and engage with the community.

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
• Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.
• Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.
• Strong personal values and ethical standards.
• Dedication, commitment and stability.
• Genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.
