Job summary

Thornbury Community Services (TCS) is seeking Support Workers to provide care in Mental Health and Learning Disability services across Manchester and the North West. You will deliver person-centered care in clients' homes, promoting safety, independence and meaningful community involvement.

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
• Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.
• Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.
• Strong personal values and ethical standards.
• Dedication, commitment and stability.
• A genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.
